How did you get that name? When I first started I was calling myself DJ sabotage but quickly learned that there was already an established DJ with that name so after some heavy partying came up with the name Wired which fit because it has so many different meanings that pertain to my situation.
What has been your biggest accomplishment?: So far, I was nominated for Best Radio Personality & Best Mixtape DJ @ the 3rd Annual Orlando Hip Hop Awards. I became a Slip N Slide DJ a couple yrs ago but I feel my biggest Accomplishments come every time someone gives me props for a good radio show or club set.

What has been your most difficult challenge?  Finding the right people to work with

What makes you different?: I play everything from DIRTY SOUTH, OLD SCHOOL HIP HOP, ROCK, DUBSTEP, HOUSE, to DRUM & BASS. I got into DJ’in because I wanted to expose people to music that I listen to, Music that people will never hear on corporate radio. I love Scratching & Blending tracks together & I use more than just my computer!

What projects are you working on?: Hosted part of Dat Dude’s Super Bowl Streets Vol 2 that is also hosted by DISCO, DJYOGI AND DJJODYSPINZ. Now I’m finishing up Lil Trump’s Mixtape ‘Pissed off & Hungry’, A couple other projects that are in the works as well as WIRED RADIO Vol’s 6, 7, 8, 9, & 10.You can find them all on Thatcrack.com, Datpiff, Coast2coastmixtapes.com, & wired-radio.com

Where are you from originally? : East side of Houston TX, I Moved to Orlando in 2004

Where do you see the future of music?  I think the Future of Music might be in trouble if people keep renting cars, jewelry, & houses then rapping/singing about how they own them. Keep it real, these are just material things that get repoed when you can’t pay for them anyway. I feel like Hip Hop has become an infomercial with a tight beat. Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy a lot of party records but We need to bring hip hop back to its original format when it was about growing up in the struggle, real life situations, & rebellion against the oppressors.

Where do you see yourself in 1 year? : Making more $ than I am now!
