I’ve been making music since I was in diapers….lol

You can hear my music across the web on numerous blogs, my myspace page, and on worldwide mixtapes…….Right now my major focus is artist management and development, along with internet marketing.

How did you get that name?
My Given name is Anthony…hence the Tone…and Fazoolz is a phonetic play on the Italian word Fagioli meaning bean…….As an Italian-American, you know food is OUR SHIT!!!!!!! and you know the slang.’Beans’ for money…….and I’m about the gwap, so Tone Fazoolz pretty much sums it up

What has been your biggest accomplishment?
My biggest accomplishment was owning a crib at a young age. Too many cats either missed that boat or didn’t position themselves correctly to accomplish that. It has put me in a position to be picky about the moves I make and not make financial decisions

What has been your most difficult challenge?
Convincing A&R’s that the current state of Hip-Hop can be quickly eliminated if they grew a set and signed REAL MC’S!!!!!  LOL You know who you are !!!!!!!!!!!

What makes you different?
On the management side, I’m different beacause I’ve been an artist. I’ve seen the results of poor management decisions and avoid making the same mistakes for my clients. I’ve been on the receiving end of bad judgement calls…….It’s not a good feeling…..I’d never want someone to go through that !

What projects are you working on?
Currently ,my main focus is Artisin of ST Da Squad.
We are getting our foot in the game via production right now. ‘Sin is pretty much a beast with his game….He does his own production, and his spit game is phenomonal…….He’s like the REAL HIP-Hop version of Kanye(Thats strictly my opinion…lol)
I also advise a few other cats on marketing strategies and positioning themselves in this new digital music age we’ve entered

Where are you from originally?
I’m originally from the eastern end of Long Island, NY. I bounced around a bit…did a lot of work in BK and the city…..

What artists inspire you?
Wow……I could fill up a whole issue with that!
First and foremost ,Chubb Rock.  I met Chubb back when I was in High School through the owner of the studio my people recorded at.(Ian London in LI)
He invited us to his crib in the Hamptons and took us under his wing from then on. He’s a humble dude who was eager to share a wealth of industry knowledge with us; Kool G Rap, Rakim, Nas, Big Pun………..etc

How would you define your style of music?
Good, pure, homegrown Hip Hop

What teams are you affiliated with?
I’m affiliated with a collective of Italian-American Hip-Hop artists caled The Italian-American Hip-Hop Movement.
By Family ties(Stalion, Ea$y Money and Ghetto are fam) and my link with Artisin, ST Da Squad

Who are some artists that you have worked with?
I’ve recorded with Keith Murray…..I currently work with ‘Sin……..I’ve been affiliated with Sonny Chulo in the past(What up Kid? Call me!!!)…of course Chubb Rock(If I decide to release a street album he’s gonna host the joint)
Up and coming producer Kid called Quest(joint on Big Shugs new album) produced a few joints for me. Domingo……man, I’ve been doin’ this for a minute.

Who would you like to collab with?
Hands down Kool G Rap…….(I got something in the works there!!!!)
On the business tip, love him or hate him, I’d like to work with Diddy.

Where do you see the future of music?
Digital. Either way you look at it a sale is a sale. Whether its selling a CD or a download, if it equates to revenue you can count me in!!!
Where do you see yourself in 1 year?
Sitting in an office overlooking Lake Eola deciding which joint venture I’m gonna accept!
