How did you get that name?: I started off with the name Dusty Roadz then soon after my friends and family started callin me Doe. Then I just added the Boy from there i stuck with it.

What has been your biggest accomplishment?: My biggest accomplishment I would say is when I opened up for Kanye West,Ludacris,& Chingy. Not a lot of people from my hood have been blessed with a chance to do something like that.

What has been your most difficult challenge?: I would say when I lost my Little Brother from a tragic accident at a young age. It kind of made me question my purpose here on earth. Then on May 1st,2010 I had lost my uncle Robert ‘Bobby’ Vines who was an executive ticket salesman for the Boston Celtics. These were 2 difficult times I had to go through.

What makes you different?: I would say the things I talk about I’m more of a artist who likes to talk about things going on in the community/hood. I like to make party songs don’t get me wrong but I like making songs that will uplift my listeners.

What projects are you working on?: Right now I am working on my 1st Full Length Album titled 2nd Tyme Around. I am also on different projects that my producer and his artist are currently working on.

Where are you from originally? : I am originally from The Bean

How Long have you been making music? : I been writing for about 12 yrs. but I been pushing for a record deal for about 10.

What artists inspire you? : First and Foremost GOD, My son Javaunte,My Mother,My 2 grandmothers for all of the things they have went through and overcame. And also all of the Fans who have been suppoting me and my music.

How would you define your style of music?  My style is more uplifting, and true talking. I like to speak my mind and be true to myself. Real recognize Real.

Where do you see the future of music? : The Future of music is going in an ok direction. I just think the artistry can be a little better we have to make music and be mindful of what we make for the sake of our youth.

Where do you see yourself in 1 year?  In 1 year I see myself being nominated for best new artist @ the BET Awards. Also signing a great major record deal and providing for my family.
