Jeimy Moya was born in Santo-Domingo, Dominican Republic. At the age of 5 she and her father moved to Brooklyn, NY. Surrounded by all the glamour and wonders of New York City, Jeimy felt right at home; she knew from an early age what she wanted out of life. Jeimy would often gather her cousins together and choreographed dance routines to perform for family and friends at house parties.

Due to family issues, a very young Jeimy had to grow up into a young lady without the presence and comfort of her loving mother and brothers who had to stay behind in her home country. Atop the hard knock life that’s a natural part of being a Brooklyn resident, Jeimy also faced a ton of personal difficulties a young girl her age should never have had to deal with. But the burning passion in her heart never died. She aspired to be an entertainer despite the odds. Her teachers at Franklyn K. Lane H.S. quickly took notice of her unique creative mind and her extremely magnetic personality. Before long she was enrolled in ballet classes, acting and dancing classes, and the very prestigious New-York Model® modeling school. She featured in several school plays and shows.

Shortly after graduating high school, Jeimy sought out to take control of her life. At the young age of 17, this stunning beauty armed with a set of talents moved to Coral Springs, Florida in 2002. One of her quiet passions was to make other women look and feel beautiful. She earned her make-up artistry license, and she then pursued and landed a position with Mac®, a top makeup distributor. She quickly worked her way up to become a Product Specialist. Her creative skills grabbed the attention of MTV’s popular Sweet Sixteen show, where she was the guest makeup artist. She was also a guest makeup artist on the set of T-Pain’s video “in love with a stripper”, the remix.

While developing her skills as a makeup artist, Jeimy’s dream of being a model took a back seat for a while. But friends and her very own customers would often compliment her on how extremely beautiful she was. So she decided to resume her pursuit of being a model. Her search for a talented photographer brought her together with photographer/manager MarQuest. Jeimy has worked with a few photographers prior, but none have been more professional in capturing her essence like MarQuest can. Shortly after they teamed up for the first photo shoot, Jeimy was already in high demand. She was requested to feature on the cover of several local magazines.
