For those who may just be hearing about you, tell the world who Heavy is………… HEAVY is a dude that come from Coney Island and moved to Florida in the 90 got down with the biggest rap group in Orlando called the Warhedz that where I watch and learned and just try to find my skills and who I was when I step in the rap game.
Tell us a little about your newest video – Get It Baby….. My newest video GET IT BABY just dropped on Dec 1. It was a 2 day shoot in Orlando and its just letting the world now how I GET IT BABY!
Who produced the beat? The track is produced by Ruff from the (Warhedz) and its mixed by Diamond Barz great team to work with.
What gave you the idea for the song and who did the video? What’s crazy is I did a hook and Ruff built the whole track around my hook. All we had was a lil hook and this is what we end up -a hot song with a video. Big homie Ruff from Warhedz did everything on the video. He made the track then shot and edited the video. I have to say the boy is a 1 man band! Check his track record – RUFF from the Warhedz I don’t have to say no more on that note.
Seems like you’ve been staying real busy lately – how many videos did you do this year? Tell u the truth I had a really busy and great year thank God, but I don’t know how many videos I did- all I do is work and all I want to do is work
What’s been your favorite video that you have starred in so far? Tell u the truth Cash I have love for every video I do cause I have a great story for each 1. I have a great team around me and we all work hard and it’s a lot of funny but it’s a lot of hard work so I have to say everything I do is my fav.
What’s in the works for Heavy and Rebelife Records going into 2011? For 2011 my goal is to double up on everything my music, my videos, my grind, and my business! Just making sure I got all my ducks in the row. Power moves only for 2011, so we are going to call 2011 – Double Up.
How do you keep yourself motivated to keep going? I stay busy ‘cause its in my blood. if u don’t have it you just don’t got it but thank God I was born with it so my grind is hard and all I’m going to do is keep going and keep pushing.
