How did you get that name? From a kid people have recognized my hustler/entrepreneurial mind set. So, the name just stuck.
What has been your biggest accomplishment? When I first did the Hustleman song with Young Buck after the fued with 50 cents everybody was on the song b/c no one had seen or heard from Buck. We ended up doing a video then people started to pay attention to me actually killing the song!
What has been your most difficult challenge? Being from a small town really hurts me b/c people think that the city is different or people from the city are smarter than you. When actually if your smart your smart and if your dumb your dumb.
What makes you different? I like to talk about actually life situations as oppose to punch lines. I love when a fan comes up to me and say he or she can relate to a song of mine.
What projects are you working on? Im working on a group project with some guys from Nashville. Yo Gotti’s artist All Star form the group and we are working on our first album.
Where are you from originally? Springfield, Tn its about 20 mins from Nashville
How Long have you been making music? : I have actually going to a legit studio since I was 12 or 13.
What artists inspire you? I was inspire by UGK, Scarface, BG, and Beanie Segal. I like artist that can paint a picture that you actually see people you know dealing with. Remember Scarface verse on This Cant Be Life with Jay and Beans, That made me go home and put my life in a notepad.
How would you define your style of music? Its that old southern laid back UGK feel!
What teams are you affiliated with? Im close to alot of folks in Yo Gotti’s camp or sometimes I might vent with Young Buck about things.
Who are some artists that you have worked with? Bun B, Killer Mike, Ray Cash, Project Pat, Young Buck, Yo Gotti, and Shannon Sanders to name a few
Who would you like to collab with? Young Jeezy or TI alot of the things they talk about I can relate to.
Where do you see the future of music? Its still growing but now everything is just done over the internet so the way you market yourself has changed. Now people like to see visuals of an artist.
Where do you see yourself in 1 year? I just try to make next year more productive than last year.
